Adeo is a software engineering company that designs and builds custom systems, from sensors in the field to the applications people use every day. It does so with a proprietary platform, with research projects carried out together with universities and industrial partners, and by supporting its systems in production over the years.

Data collection from vehicles, machinery, plants and sensors through field protocols such as MQTT, AMQP, SNMP, OBD-II and CAN bus, and integration with the information systems a company already has.

View projectsWeb, desktop and mobile applications for complex and critical processes. One example is KOMMODO, the trading and risk management system Adeo built for an international oil trading group: analysis, development, data migration and maintenance over the years.
The KOMMODO caseVirtual and augmented reality for culture, training and product presentation. Adeo brought 3D and multimedia content into the Italian language and culture seminars of the 3D-Eyes on Italy project, and is developing prototypes of AR product showcases on headsets and tablets.
Open technologyAdeo works alongside companies and industrial partners as an external research centre, from the idea to a prototype validated in the field, and collaborates with academia, from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Catania, long-standing partners, to Kore University of Enna in the SAMANTA project.
View projectsRequirements, a quality plan, integration testing and automated interface tests come with the releases, because Adeo's systems stay in production for years. In research projects, validation happens on real cases, such as the service vehicles of SAMANTA.
